UX DESIGN PROCESS (2012)

I joined BenQ Lifestyle Design Center as an interaction designer in 2007; then I refined the SW design process when I became an UX lead. I applied more design thinking and user-centered design (UCD) techniques into the process since BenQ's design is based on the simple belief that technology too must have a human soul. Generally speaking, the UX design process is very flexible and can complement or be supplemented by various other approaches. It depends on the context, scale, schedule, and resource of each project. It is an iterative process rather than a sequential process which often be used in traditional project management. We use feedback to make constant adjustments in a highly collaborative environment.

However, it's not process, it's content that's what makes a great product.
